Hello! We are excited to bring a Red Kite Drama Time residency to your classroom. This form will help us get to know you and your students in advance of your residency.

Residency Policies and Agreements
To have a successful Drama Time residency, we will need you to provide a few things during the time of your Drama Time class:
- Enough floor space for students and teachers to sit in a circle for the majority of class (whether on the floor or on chairs)

- Space to hang a few visuals temporarily on the board
- Small storage space for Red Kite classroom supplies (one tote bag)
- Full participation from classroom teachers and assistants
Floor Space
I agree to provide enough floor space for students and teachers to sit in a circle for the majority of class (whether on the floor or on chairs).
Board Space
I agree to provide space for teaching artists to hang a few visuals temporarily on the board.
Materials Storage
I agree to provide a small storage space for Red Kite classroom supplies (one medium tote bag).
Classroom Participation
I agree to participate and encourage full participation from classroom assistants.
Surveys of Student Progress
I agree to complete a short pre-workshop survey and post-workshop survey (to be provided by CCT) for each of my students.
Student identities will be kept anonymous. The pre-workshop survey must be conducted during the first workshop session. The post-workshop survey must be conducted during the 7th workshop session, or the 8th in case of student absence on the 7th session.

Chicago Children’s Theatre occasionally takes photographs and/or video of children/students enrolled in our programming and may use of your child or ward’s name, photograph or likeness, voice or creative work(s) in electronic/digital or print media, promotional materials, and archives. You acknowledge that no compensation in any form will become due to you, your child or ward, your heirs, or agents upon use of media. You agree to use of images by enrolling in our programming, including photographs and/or video of children/students shot by outside news organizations. If there is a concern please contact Sam Mauceri at sam@chicagochildrenstheatre.org.

Bring the Red Kite Friendship Tour to your school!
Each Red Kite Friendship Tour performance is a 30-minute sensory-driven theatrical experience designed especially for youth on the autism spectrum. Three specially trained theater artists guide young audience members and their accompanying adults through upbeat music, dance, and interactive, multi-sensory drama activities. The current Friendship Tour features the story and songs of "Red Kite, Green Mountain". Hike up the mountain with us and make friends with all of Green Mountain’s forest animals through song and participatory sensory activities!
