Erin Sheets is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and the Director of Development for Chicago’s Theatre L’Acadie. She received her BA from Louisiana State University’s School of Theatre where she focused on performance and directing. Her directorial work has been showcased in collaboration with companies such as Southern Rep, The NOLA Project, Le Petit Théâtre, NOCCA Stage Company, Jefferson Performing Arts Society, New Orleans Center for Creative Arts, and locally with Theatre L’Acadie. She is a teacher at Chicago’s French International school, Lycée Français de Chicago, where she teaches theatre and movement to kids from pre-k to high school. Special interests and skills include stage combat, stage makeup, juggling, dialects, yoga, and befriending animals. (Bio as of 2020)
