Lincoln Park Classes

Chicago Children’s Theatre’s classes at Menomenee Club in Lincoln Park engage young artists’ boundless creativity and encourage the practice of collaboration, both onstage and off. From improv to musical theatre, students participate in a wide range of dynamic and high-quality classes at a convenient Lincoln Park location.

Triple Threat: Musical Theatre at MCLP | Winter 2023
Runs Jan 5 - Mar 9, 2023

Ages 8-11
Thursdays, 5-6 PM CST at Menomonee Club Drucker Center (1535 N Dayton St)

$212.50 thru 11/25, then $250|10 sessions

Are you the next Broadway star? Or is singing in the shower more your speed? Either way, Triple Threat will have you learning the music and dances from some of your favorite contemporary musicals and making them your own. Through character work, movement study, and vocal exploration, you will develop essential skills for taking to the stage confidently and charismatically. On the last day of class, you will share songs and scenes remixed from your favorite musicals with your family and friends.

Acting and Movement: Trains, Buses, and Boats at MCLP | Spring 2023

All aboard this lively theatre class for young performers! Through movement-based drama activities, transportation-themed creative play, music, and dance, you will build confidence in expressing your creative side, while expanding social-emotional and motor skills. On the last day of class, you will share some of your favorite parts of class with family and friends!

Through movement study, character work, and vocal exploration, you will develop essential skills for taking to the stage confidently and charismatically. On the last day of class, you’ll share your original songs and scenes with family and friends.
