    Hello! We are excited to bring a Red Kite Drama Time residency to your classroom. This form will help us get to know you and your students in advance of your residency. 

    Thank you for taking the time to complete this form, to help us ensure that we offer the most valuable experience to our CPS partners and students.   • Residency Policies and Agreements

    To have a successful Drama Time residency, we will need you (or, in some cases, your school) to provide a few things during the time of your Drama Time class:
    - Enough floor space for students and teachers to sit in a circle for the majority of class (whether on the floor or on chairs)

    - Space to hang a few visuals temporarily on the board
    - Small storage space for Red Kite classroom supplies (one tote bag)
    - Full participation from classroom teachers and assistants

  • Classroom Information

  • Please specify if any assistants will not be present for the drama residency (lunch break, etc.).

  • Media & Photo Waiver

  • Chicago Children’s Theatre occasionally takes photographs and/or video of children/students enrolled in our programming and may use of your child or ward’s name, photograph or likeness, voice or creative work(s) in electronic/digital or print media, promotional materials, and archives. You acknowledge that no compensation in any form will become due to you, your child or ward, your heirs, or agents upon use of media. You agree to use of images by enrolling in our programming, including photographs and/or video of children/students shot by outside news organizations.
