Diego Vazquez Gomez

Diego Vazquez Gomez (he/they) is a Mexican-American actor, director, and educator based in Chicago, IL. He is a current member of the Red Kite Training Cohort and you may have spotted him onstage at Chicago Children’s Theater in “A Year with Frog and Toad” (Snail, et al.) or in “The Beatrix Potter Holiday Party” (Puppeteer). Diego is passionate about educational theater, accessibility, and the joint powers of creativity, vulnerability, and community! When not teaching or performing, you can catch Diego concocting experimental dishes, jamming on a piano, or cheering loudly from the audience at a storefront theater near you!
