Fall Classes

Fall 2018 Class Schedule: September 17 – December 22

Mondays | Tuesdays | Wednesdays | Thursdays | Saturdays

Chicago Children’s Theatre is committed to training the next generation of actors and performers. Our Education opportunities strive to reflect the integrity and quality of our main stage work, so children receive the same skills in our training that is needed by the fabulous performers in our productions. Students can see performances and understand how they could accomplish those achievements, as well as more fully appreciate the invaluable experience of becoming a theatre-goer and admirer of storytelling on stage.

This Fall, we continue to learn, evolve, and experiment with our education offerings. But most importantly, we continue to listen to YOU.

Our mission is both artistic and civic; whether a child grows up to be an actor, performer, doctor, lawyer, or scientist, the skills necessary to become a great community member are the same for everyone. You’ve told us, and we are committed to hosting classes and camps that, through teaching theatre, uniquely inspire community, teach problem-solving and collaboration, develop open minds and confident voices, and ignite powerful authorship of ideas.

By popular demand, we’re expanding every session of classes to 12 weeks and expanding our offerings so your student can grow all year long under the direction of professional teaching artists.

If you have questions or concerns please contact the Education department via email or by calling 312.374.8834. Information on Tuition Assistance can be found here.

***Please note, there will be no classes the weeks of November 12 and November 19.***
