Set Design: Let’s Make It Personal with Lydia Milman-Schmidt 
Ages 9 – 13 | June 8 – 12 (M – F) from 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm
Suggested Donation $50

Have you ever thought your bedroom needs a throne for the King or Queen (you) to sit? Us too. In this class, you will take your bedroom and redesign it with a fortress, trapdoor, cave, forest, turntable, or whatever you can imagine. In this class, we will talk about what makes a good set and the principles of design. All you needs is: a shoe box or smaller cardboard box, cardstock or thicker paper, pencils, ruler, paper, scissors, colored pencils, tape and a glue stick. Things that are optional but may be fun to add if you have them: clay, dollhouse furniture or miniatures, little trinkets such as charms, beads, frames, that can be transformed.

Action Adventures with Emily Daigle 
Ages 5 – 7 | June 9 & 11 from 3:15 pm – 4:15 pm
Suggested Donation $20

In this action packed class, students will create their own adventure filled with monsters, wizards, treasure, and heroes! Together, we will build our own characters, assemble costumes and props from around the house, and leap headfirst into the world we’ve created to befriend beasts and seek glory. Get ready to use your imagination and move during this spellbinding class.

Imagination Exploration with Nate Burrsma 
Ages 4 – 6 | June 10 & 12 from 3:15 pm – 4:15 pm
Suggested Donation $20

In this online class, students will build characters, play theatre games, activate exciting stories, and explore their own and other characters’ emotions. Join others in this fun class meant to inspire imaginations and friendships alike.

Acting with Accents with Erin Sheets
Ages 8 – 13 | June 15, 17, & 19 from 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm
Suggested Donation $30

Top of the mornin’ to you! G’day mate! Oi! Learn dialects to spice up your performances or surprise your friends and family. Students will be given short monologues and scenes to work on during and outside of class. After learning universal vocal and articulation techniques, you will be able to play characters from all over the world! ALL NEW DIALECTS TAUGHT IN THE CLASS – French, Cockney British, and Deep Southern.

Summertime Stories with Sivan Spector
Ages 5 – 7 | June 16, 18, 23, & 25 from 3:15 pm – 4:15 pm
Suggested Donation $40

Who? What? Where? The basics of any good story are taught in this class through creation of silly characters and cultivation of environment. So come design legends and the myths that lie behind them in this out of this world experience. 

Improv to Performance with Abby Thompson
Ages 8 – 11 | June 16, 18, 23, & 25 from 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm
Suggested Donation $40

Think you can’t do improv from home or play games? Missing storytelling with your friends in class? Join friends through Zoom to play improv and theater games to get our creative juices flowing and have some fun! Through improv, we will work to create sketches to perform at the end of this course. 

Pajama Jams with Kate Leslie
Ages 2 – 5 | June 20 & 27 from 9:15 am – 10 am
Suggested Donation $20

An interactive experience for you and your child. Listen to live music, enjoyable stories, and dance with your little one, all under in comfort of your own home. A perfect way to start the morning in your pajamas. 

Beatbox for Kids with Yuri Lane
Ages 4 – 6 | June 22, 24, & 26 from 3:15 pm – 4:15 pm
Suggested Donation $30

This class is magical musical journey learning the basics of beatbox that includes rhythm and rhyme games, dance, movement, and speech exercises. Yuri Lane is a renowned beatboxer and teacher who gets the whole family moving with one-of-a-kind entertainment.

Silly Scenes with Bernadette Carter
Ages 5 – 7 | June 22, 24, & 26 from 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm
Suggested Donation $30

In this class, students will find their favorite toy, strangest kitchen utensil, or tiniest succulent from around their house and breathe life into them. In collaboration with the teaching artist, students will write full backstories for their object and come up with a short scene to be performed with their classmates at the end of the week.

Improv Troupe 101 with Allison Grischow
Ages 5 – 7 | June 29 – July 2 (Monday – Thursday) from 3:15 pm – 4:15 pm

Join friends through Zoom to play improv and theater games to get our creative juices flowing and have some fun! In this class, we will create our own Improv Troupe complete with a ridiculous name and lots of jokes. Mustaches and flannel shirts are optional. 

Virtual Flipbooks with Sharon Krome
Ages 6 – 8 | June 29 – July 2 (Monday – Thursday) from 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm
Suggested Donation $40

In this class, students will create their own original characters to star in their very own virtual flipbooks. Students will need paper, coloring materials, and imagination. Each child will end class with their Virtual Flipbook video. Will yours be yeti doing yoga? A clown playing cello? A bird singing opera?
